d - v1.2.0 - README

If you have the auto-tools installed, try running 'auto-setup'. Once that is
done, or if you don't have the auto-tools, then run 'configure'. The only
program specific option to configure is '--enable-debug' if you want that.
If 'configure' ends without an error, run 'make' and cross your fingers. :-)
If 'make' compiles the program, you can then run 'make install' to install it
to your system (default is /usr/local).
